Simen Town), occupying an area of 6, 000 square meters of construction area. The factory′s main processing type for plastic products is OEM. Current products include grocery, LED lighting category, household goods and low-voltage electric appliances. Basically the company has two workshop structures, injection molding workshop and assembly workshop. The injection molding workshop has 15 injection molding machines, and one 3000 g large injection molding machine, which can be used to produce large plastic parts. It runs 24 hours nonstop.
The assembly workshop has five 25-meter-long assembly lines that can accommodate up to 180 employees for production at the same time. It′s equipped with four pad printers, two ultrasonic, two high-frequency fusing machine, two heat shrinking machine and one plastic vacuum forming machine and other commonly used equipment.
